Preamble
The User declares and acknowledges that they comply with all of the following prerequisites:
- being of legal age on the day of registration, if a natural person;
- having the legal capacity to enter into these terms;
- if accessing the Platform as a professional, holding the necessary rights, authorizations and powers;
- having suitable computer equipment and Internet access;
- having a valid email address.
The User is informed that they can save and print these terms using the features of their browser.
ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS
- Terms of Use: the present document.
- Account: personal area accessible via credentials allowing the use of the services.
- Credentials: username and password placed under the exclusive control of the User.
- Platform: the DentalHub site and services accessible in particular via the domain name dentalhub.be.
- User(s): any natural or legal person using the Platform.
- Listing(s): content published on the Platform (equipment, jobs, real estate, training, etc.).
ARTICLE 2. PURPOSE
DentalHub is a platform dedicated to the dental sector, allowing in particular the browsing and publication of listings. The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the conditions of use of the Platform as well as the conditions for creating, accessing and using the User's Account.
ARTICLE 3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
By using the Platform, the User declares and warrants that they:
- have read the operating conditions of the Platform;
- have the technical skills necessary to use the Platform;
- comply with the prerequisites mentioned in the Preamble;
- have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
ARTICLE 4. ENFORCEABILITY – AMENDMENTS
These Terms of Use are enforceable from the first connection. The Publisher reserves the right to amend them at any time. New versions will be made available on the Platform. The User may stop using the Platform if they refuse these amendments.
ARTICLE 5. ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
The Platform is accessible 24/7, except for scheduled or unscheduled interruptions, in particular for maintenance, updates or technical constraints.
All costs related to access (Internet connection, hardware, software) are borne exclusively by the User.
ARTICLE 6. ACCOUNT CREATION
Account creation may require validation by email. The User chooses a password that they undertake to keep confidential.
The User must immediately inform the Publisher in the event of unauthorized use of their account or compromise of their credentials.
ARTICLE 7. OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY OF THE PUBLISHER
The Publisher implements reasonable means to ensure access to the Platform and the security of the services, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
The Publisher is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of revenue or consequential harm related to the use of the Platform, within the limits permitted by Belgian law.
ARTICLE 8. OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY OF USERS
The User is responsible for their actions on the Platform and undertakes to use the Platform fairly, in compliance with laws and regulations.
- not to publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent or pornographic content, or content that undermines human dignity;
- not to impersonate a third party;
- not to infringe intellectual property rights;
- not to misuse the Platform for fraudulent purposes.
ARTICLE 9. MODERATION – CONTENT REMOVAL
The Publisher may remove any content that is manifestly unlawful or non-compliant with these Terms of Use, as soon as it becomes aware of it, and take the necessary measures (in particular account suspension).

ARTICLE 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the site (structure, design, logos, graphic elements, code, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited, except with the prior written agreement of the Publisher.
ARTICLE 11. PERSONAL DATA
The Publisher undertakes to comply with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. Users are invited to consult the privacy/cookie policy page.
ARTICLE 12. SUSPENSION – ACCOUNT DELETION
In the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use or unlawful behavior, the Publisher may suspend or delete the User's access, without prejudice to any legal action.
ARTICLE 13. HYPERLINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. The Publisher exercises no control over these sites and cannot be held liable for their content or availability.
ARTICLE 14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire agreement: if a clause is found to be invalid, the others remain applicable.
No waiver: failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.
Evidence: electronic acceptance of the Terms of Use has the same value as a paper agreement.
ARTICLE 15. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use and any non-contractual obligation are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hoeilaart, unless a mandatory provision states otherwise.
